Pursuant to Articles 69 and 71 of the Law on Insurance (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 78/06) and Rulebook on the Content and the Manner of Taking the Professional Exam for Conducting Insurance Brokerage or Agency Activities (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 47/09), the Insurance Supervision Agency hereby issues the:
NOTIFICATION on taking the professional exam for conducting insurance brokerage or insurance agency activities:
I. The professional exam for conducting insurance brokerage or insurance agency activities will take place on 25 May 2010.
II. The application for taking the professional exam, containing all necessary documents, is to be submitted to the Insurance Supervision Agency by no later than 7 May 2010.
The application form for taking the professional exam can be downloaded from web site of the Agency, www.ano.me (section Education) or taken at the premises of the Agency, Kralja Nikole 27a/III Podgorica.
Following documents are to be submitted along with the form:
1)Diploma certified copy - as an evidence of acquired professional qualifications, and so for:
a)Insurance brokerage activities at least two-year post-secondary education;
b)Insurance agency activities at least secondary education;
2)In case of foreign persons, a document providing evidence of education level equivalent to the required professional education,
3)Identity card certified copy, or a passport certified copy for foreign persons,
4)An evidence on the fee paid for taking the professional exam.
The fee for taking the professional exam is €100 and is to be paid to the account of the Insurance Supervision Agency as follows:
CRNOGORSKA KOMERCIJALNA BANKA AD Podgorica; account number: 510-20252-06, with the following reference: naknada za polaganje stručnog ispita (the fee for taking the professional exam).
III.The professional exam is to be taken for conducting:
1.insurance brokerage and agency activities;
2.insurance brokerage activities;
3.insurance agency activities.
The Program for taking the professional exam for conducting insurance brokerage or agency activities is published along with the Rulebook on the Content and the Manner of Taking the Professional Exam for Conducting Insurance Brokerage or Agency Activities.
Notification on venue and time of taking the exam will be posted on the notice board and the website of the Agency on Monday, 10 May 2010.
NOTE: ONLY APPLICATIONS WITH COMPLETE DOCUMENTATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
