Hereby we would like to notify all interested parties that the Parliament of Montenegro, on its eight sitting of the first regular session in 2012 held on 26 July 2012, adopted the Law on Amendments to the Insurance Law and the new Law on Compulsory Transportation Insurance.
The Law on Compulsory Transportation Insurance was published in the “Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 44/12 of 9 August 2012, while the Law on Amendments to the Insurance Law was published in the “Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 45/12 of 17 August 2012.
