Council of the Insurance Supervision Agency issued a consent to changes of the Insurance Tariffs for Compulsory Accident Insurance of Passengers in Public Transport

On its 74th session held on 29 September 2011, the Council of the Insurance Supervision Agency issued consent to changes of the Insurance Tariffs for Compulsory Accident Insurance of Passengers in Public Transport, as proposed by the National Bureau of Insurers of Montenegro. The said change of the Tariff abolishes the obligation of policyholders to pay 100% increased premium for buses transporting passengers outside of Montenegro.

Rulebook Amendments to the Rulebook on the Content of Reports, Notifications and Other Data Submitted by the Insurance Company to the Insurance Supervision Agency and the Manner and Deadlines for Submission Thereof adopted

The Council of the Insurance Supervision Agency adopted the Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on the Content of Reports, Notifications and Other Data Submitted by the Insurance Company to the Insurance Supervision Agency and the Manner and Deadlines for Submission Thereof.

 

Said amendments define the form and the content, as well as deadlines for submission of quarterly financial reports by insurance companies to the Insurance Supervision Agency, aligned with the Law on Amendments to the Law on Accounting and Auditing.

The Council of the Insurance Supervision Agency of Montenegro issued the consent to the System of Tariffs and Conditions for the Third Party Liability Insurance of Owners of Motor Vehicles and Trailers (Automobile Liability Insurance) on its session held on 28 June 2011, proposed by the Association – National Bureau of Insurers of Montenegro.
